When KAYAK expanded their digital reach into physical hospitality, I worked with a small team to build and design the branding, digital assets and in-room materials for three boutique properties.
Each hotel had their own iteration of the KAYAK Hotels brand representative of the location, and ultimately driving back to the overarching KAYAK brand.
The original KAYAK Hotel, KAYAK Miami Beach is steps from both the sand and the nightlife. KAYAK Miami's identity is rooted in the art deco architecture surrounding it — bold geometry, warm tones, and the sun-bleached glamour of one of America's most iconic neighborhoods.
One of two neighboring properties in Playa del Carmen, KAYAK Sol is bright, poolside and unhurried. The vibe and energy is inspired by the location, and feels as right as the next margarita.
Sol’s after-dark neighbor, KAYAK Luna comes alive after midnight. The identity leans into the moody and sleek side of Playa del Carmen, a place that gets better as the night goes on.
