An out of home campaign rooted in traveler data — surveying over 1,000 US and Canadian flyers on the unwritten rules of air travel. Do you have the right to recline? Who owns the armrest? Should shoes stay on? The results became the creative: honest, a little confrontational, and entirely backed by the people.
